Crochet Clips

I’ve been on a short project kick lately. Something about finishing something worthy to exist on this planet in 5 or 10 minutes really perks up my creative vibe. For a few days, this meant I was making crochet clips galore. Both creating my own patterns and enjoying the creative crochet clip patterns of my crafty peers.

Crochet Bow Clips

I started with a few little bows added to clips. These were maybe the most difficult of all of the clips to crochet (which is saying a lot since they’re quite simple). They were also the easiest to fasten to the clip because you can just secure them with the long yarn tail instead of hot gluing them like I needed to do for many of my other clip projects. I have to admit, I think they’re the cutest of all of the ones I made, too.

I did a hybrid pattern of several that I found on the internet to work this one up. Click here for Crochet Bow Clips

Crochet Heart Clips

A heart is among the first little things I learned how to make once I mastered stitches other than single crochets. These would be cute tucked-in little valentine’s sacks at your child’s school. I used felt to secure the heart to the clip. Click here for Crochet Heart Clips.

Crochet Flower Clips

I’m pleased with how these worked up, despite being a little frustrated at first because sometimes by hands just don’t crochet that tiny. You could use any of your favorite flower patterns for a clip. I used hot glue to secure the button and the felt to hold the flower to the paperclip. Click here for Crochet Flower Clips.

Pom Pom Clips

There are at least 7 ways to make a pom, I used my favorite way and worked up these tiny little poms to rest on a paper clip. They certainly make my planner less boring. Click here for Pom Clips.

I will continue to create little lips like this, despite not really having anything I need to clip. They’re just so quick and cute. My youngest daughter is a 3rd grade teacher so I know they won’t go to waste – little kids can always find something to use these for 🙂

Crochet Car Coasters - June 28, 2022 - 8:45 pm

[…] I made a couple of sets of these crochet coasters so that I can change them out if needed but the best part is that we used cotton yarn so they’re easy to wash and reuse over and over again unlike regular hard coasters that suffer damage and staining over time. Next up is something to dangle from my rearview mirror – fingers crossed I can find a great quick pattern because I’ve been on a quick crochet kick lately – have you seen my crochet clips? […]
